A working cocker spaniel, trained to sniff out impurities in oak whisky barrels, is winning hearts at a distillery on the west coast of Scotland. Rocco was employed at the William Grant & Sons distillery to pick up off-notes in the casks before they are filled, and to ensure that no whisky goes to waste.
