उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) के बरेली (Bareilly Police) जिले में एक युवक ने पुलिस पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं. युवक का कहना है कि मास्क (Mask) नहीं पहनने पर पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में लिया और उसके बाद उसके हाथ और एक पैर में कील ठोक दी. हालांकि पुलिस ने इन आरोप से इनकार किया है. पुलिस का दावा है कि युवक ने एक कांस्टेबल पर हमले के मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए ऐसा किया है.
