The European Commission (EC) said US tech firm Apple (AAPL) has engaged in EU antitrust violations in its "preliminary conclusion" on Friday.It comes after a Spotify (SPOT) complaint, accusing the tech giant of abusing its control over the distribution of music-streaming apps.
