Hyderabad commissioner appeals to rich, says don't capture hospitals beds

In an audio message, Hyderabad commissioner Anjani kumar appealed to the privileged classes to try and avoid “capturing” hospital beds if they have ordinary symptoms of COVID-19 which can be treated at home only. At such a time of crisis, there will be a shortage of resources. If you have money, it is a good thing. But please don't use it to capture hospital beds. Please understand the needs of other people.
