Maharashtra Minister Aslam Sheikh answers why the took time to impose lockdown in the state. He said that earlier lockdown was imposed in impulsiveness. Due to which the public faced a lot of difficulties. He further said that in such situation we had imposed night curfew and then weekend lockdown first. After this, we imposed a 15-day ban in the state after discussion with oppositions and responsible institutions.
