Binding is quite common in the world of gender identity and it is important to know how to bind without causing yourself pain or risking a possible rib injury. Binding safely is quite simple. it just consists of what to do and what not to do. Understand what binding is. Binding is the effect of pushingback towards the body creating the appearance of a flat chest. Its most often used by transgender men or nonbinary people who may have to bind theirdown but it is also sometimes used by cisgender non transgender men who have gynecomastia or enlargeddue to excess fat andtissue.
