BCCI hits back on Virat Kohli's call to reschedule international games| Oneindia Sports

Speaking to ANI, a BCCI official said while the concern shown by Kohli may be a valid one, making changes in the schedule would raise bigger concerns and the solution wouldn't be an easy one, especially with the impact COVID-19 has had and continues to have across the board. Ahead of the first ODI of the recently-concluded series against England, India skipper Virat Kohli had spoken about the need to keep players in the loop when it comes to scheduling games as life in the bio-bubble can get taxing both physically and mentally.

टीम इंडिया के कप्तान विराट कोहली ने इंटरनेशनल मैचों को बीसीसीआई पर ही सवाल दाग दिया है. लगातार क्रिकेट होने की वजह से हर कोई इस समय परेशान है. और हर खिलाड़ी चाहता है कि फैमिली के साथ घर पर वक्त बिताएं. वर्कलोड मैनेजमेंट बहुत अच्छी चीज है. पर इंटरनेशनल मैचों का कार्यक्रम काफी व्यस्त है. साथ ही बायो बबल में लगातार रहने की वजह से हर खिलाड़ी को इस समय परेशानी हो रही है. इससे पहले इंग्लैंड के खिलाफ तीसरे और आखिरी वनडे के बाद कप्तान कोहली ने कहा था, “भविष्य में शेड्यूलिंग पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है. आप सभी से एक ही समय पर एक समान स्तर की मानसिक मजबूती की अपेक्षा नहीं कर सकते. आपको कभी कभी इसमें थोड़े बदलाव की जरूरत महसूस होगी.”
