Chaos over SAP Bill in and outside Bihar Assembly

After multiple disruptions over the Bihar Special Armed Police Bill, the Bihar house dissolved into chaos when opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLAs rushed to Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha's chair, tore papers and even laid siege to the Speaker's chambers. Opposition MLAs also sat outside the assembly building and raised slogans against the Nitish government and the bill. Watch this report.
