Lok Sabha MP Navneet Rana accuses Shiv Sena's Arvind Sawant of threatening her
Maharashtra MP Navneet Rana on Monday wrote to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, claiming that Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant threatened her after she raised the Sachin Vaze issue in the House.
The Independent MP from Maharashtra's Amravati also reportedly sought police action against the Shiv Sena's Arvind Sawant. Navneet Rana has alleged that after she raised the issue, Sawant threatened her in the Lok Sabha's lobby, saying "I will see how you roam in Maharashtra".
After facing allegations from the Maharashtra MP, Arvind Sawant termed the charges a "big lie". Responding to her charges, the Shiv Sena MP said they were not true.
