Elderly motorist in fender bender outside supermarket

Florida resident Fred Evans was in a supermarket parking lot when a vehicle crashed into his car. The same vehicle then hit a hall and toppled a STOP sign. It was later revealed that the driver was an elderly man without a driver's license.
