Devastating video shows Puerto Rico being hit by Hurricane Maria

Glendaliz Eliza lives in Yabucoa and recorded the moment Hurricane Maria hit the city. The strong winds destroyed roofs, trees and cars and half of the city's power was cut. There are still 1600 people living in shelters.
