उत्तर प्रदेश में इस साल होने वाले पंचायत चुनाव के लिए आरक्षण की सूची सभी जिलों में जारी कर दी गई हैं. सूबे में इस बार चक्रानुसार की गई आरक्षण प्रक्रिया के चलते सैकड़ों नेताओं के चुनाव लड़ने के अरमानों पर पानी फिर गया है, क्योंकि इस बार उनकी सीट आरक्षित हो गई है. तो वहीं, आरक्षण लिस्ट जारी होने के बाद आपत्तियां दर्ज कराने का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में लखनऊ में 14 तो मेरठ में 21 आपत्तियां आई हैं।
