As Captain Z-Ro watches Benedict Arnold plot to change sides from the US to the British, he becomes concerned when one of Arnold's spies avoids capture. Z-ro sees the ramification to the revolutionary war and decides he needs to intervene to make sure history remains as we record it.
From his secret laboratory, Captain Z-Ro and his associates use their time machine, the ZX-99, to learn from the past and plan for the future.
