Surat: Fire in apartment, residents jumps to save lives

Horrific visuals came from Surat on Monday. A fire broke out in a residential apartment, people jump off to a neighbor's window to escape. Residents risk their life out of panic, moved out of a window on the fourth floor, and entering into an adjoining building.
