Five tourists were detained in Odisha for overtaking Minister of State (MoS) Pratap Chandra Sarangi's car on NH-16 on Sunday. They were released after signing an undertaking that they wouldn't commit the mistake again. The incident happened when Santosh Shaw, his wife, brother and two minor children were returning from Panchalingeswar in Balasore district to Kolkata in two vehicles.
