In the disproportionate assets case, Vigilance raided the residence of retired engineer of Siwan Zilla Parishad Dhananjay Mani Tiwari at Malviya Nagar. During this time, assets of more than four crore have been recovered. Vigilance lodged an FIR against the retired engineer and his wife Sanjana Tiwari on a disproportionate assets case on February 19, following which a raid on Dhananjay Mani Tiwari's house in Malviya Nagar area under Mufassil police station of Siwan on February 21 and four crore Property of more than recovered.

आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में विजिलेंस ने सिवान जिला परिषद के रिटायर्ड इंजीनियर धनंजय मणि तिवारी के मालवीय नगर वाले आवास पर छापामारी की. इस दौरान चार करोड़ से ज्यादा की संपत्ति बरामद की गई है. रिटायर्ड इंजीनियर और उनकी पत्नी संजना तिवारी के खिलाफ विजिलेंस ने 19 फरवरी को आय से अधिक संपत्ति के मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी जिसके बाद 21 फरवरी को सिवान के मुफस्सिल थाना अंतर्गत मालवीय नगर इलाके में धनंजय मणि तिवारी के घर पर छापेमारी की और चार करोड़ से भी ज्यादा की संपत्ति बरामद की.
