फरवरी का आधा महीना लगभग बीत चुका है लेकिन मौसम अपनी करवट बदलने से नहीं रुक रहा है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक एक और पश्चिमी विक्षोभ की वजह से एक बार फिर मौसम बिगड़ सकता है,केरल में मौसम ने करवट ली ,केरल के मुन्‍नार में तापमान माइनस 2 डिग्री सेल्सियस यानी शून्‍य से 2 डिग्री सेल्सियस नीचे दर्ज हुआ है.
