Ravindra Jadeja, the India all-rounder, has been ruled out of the ongoing four-match Test series against England. Jadeja had dislocated his thumb during the Sydney Test against Australia and could not take part in the fourth final Test at Gabba, Brisbane. He was sent to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru for 'further management of his injury' after consultation with a hand specialist in Sydney. Cricbuzz understands that Jadeja's recovery is taking more time than expected and there's "no chance" he will be fit for the Tests. Whether he will be fit for the white-ball matches against England is also not clear.
