மத்திய இணை அமைச்சர் வி.கே.சிங்கை பதவி நீக்கம் செய்ய காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் முன்னாள் தலைவர் ராகுல் காந்தி வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார். இந்தியாவுக்கு எதிரான வழக்கில் சீனாவுக்கு உதவும் வகையில் பாஜகவை சேர்ந்த வி.கே.சிங் பேசியது ஏன் என ராகுல் காந்தி கேள்வி எழுப்பியுள்ளார். அவரை பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யவில்லை என்றால், அது ஒவ்வொரு இந்திய வீரரையும் அவமதிப்பதாகும் என்றும் ராகுல்காந்தி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Leader of Congress in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowhdury on Tuesday alleged that the minister of state and former Army chief Gen (retd) V K Singh’s statements on the India-China border issues had “facilitated the Chinese attack” and demanded that the government should either issue a strong rebuttal against Singh’s remarks or explain what the minister said and how it affects India’s position.
