Special cell probes R-Day violence conspiracy

Three days after violence broke out in Delhi during the farmers' tractor march on Republic Day, the Delhi Police has made a public appeal asking people who were witness to the violence to share photos and videos with the police.

Delhi Police said its special cell will investigate the "conspiracy" and "criminal designs" behind the violence on January 26.
