कोयला खदानों के संचालन के लिए सिंगल विंडो क्लीयरेंस सिस्टम की शुरुआत की. और इसकी शुरूआत सोमवार को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने की. इसके बाद एक कार्यक्रम को अमित शाह ने संबोधित किया. शाह ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार लगातार कोयला क्षेत्र में पारदर्शिता लाने का कार्य कर रही है. अमित शाह ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि कोयला क्षेत्र में पहले ये भाव होता था कि वो अपनी क्षमता के मुताबिक काम नहीं कर पा रहा है. 2014 से पहले कोयला क्षेत्र में केवल घोटाले की बातें सुनाई पड़ती थी, यही वजह थी कि इस क्षेत्र में काम नहीं हो पाता था.
