New Parliament building: Watch what Harivansh said

PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the new Parliament House at 1 pm. During the foundation program Deputy Speaker of Rajya sabha Harivansh Narayan Singh read the message of the Vice President. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu written in his message that the date of December 10 is historic for Indian democracy. He further writes that he hope that the new Parliament House will be a symbol of India's cultural heritage, traditional values and diversity. Watch report
