Gujarat University: जानिए कौन हैं Salma Qureshi ?Sanskrit में PhD कर सुर्खियों में बनीं ।

Salma Qureshi is a Muslim student at Gujarat University. She obtained a PhD in the Sanskrit language; chose to study the subject of the teacher-disciple tradition of India. The 26-year-old woman was a student of Gujarat University‘s Sanskrit department and she had obtained her doctorate under the guidance of Atul Unagar. She was also the recipient of a gold medal during her MA from Bhavnagar University. She had graduated from Saurashtra University. Her doctoral research took almost three years as she had joined the Gujarat University PhD program in the year 2017. She is keen about studies and aspires to be in academics.

गुजरात विश्वविद्यालय से एक मुस्लिम छात्र ने संस्कृत भाषा में पीएचडी कर इतिहास रच दिया है। अभी तक किसी भी मुस्लिम छात्रा ने विश्वविद्यालय के संस्कृत विभाग में पीएचडी नहीं की थी। मुसलमान होकर भी संस्कृत भाषा में पीएचडी कर सलमा कुरैशी सुर्खियों में बनी हुई हैं। 26 साल की सलमा कुरैशी गुजरात यूनिवर्सिटी से संस्कृत में पीएचडी करने वाली पहली मुस्लिम हैं। सलमा को गीता, पुराणों और हिंदू धर्म शास्त्रों में बचपन से ही काफी रुची थी और इसलिए उन्होंने स्कूल के दिनों में ही संस्कृत भाषा में दिलचस्पी दिखानी शुरु की।
