देश में कथित लव जिहाद शोर के बीच कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने एक फैसले में अहम टिप्पणी की है. अदालत ने कहा है कि अपनी मर्जी से अपना जीवन साथी चुनना किसी भी बालिग युवक-युवती का मौलिक अधिकार है. अदालत ने कहा है कि ये संविधान देश के हर नागरिक को संविधान से मिला है. इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा कुछ ही दिन पहले ऐसा ही फैसला सुनाया गया था. देखें वीडियो
