The Catalonia region, in northeastern Spain, has partially lifted its lockdown restrictions as the area is thought to have passed the peak of contagion.
Of the Catalan government's four-step plan, this phase includes reopening bars and restaurants.
Theaters, musical halls, and outdoor sports facilities can also open to half-capacity.
The complete stay-at-home lockdown in England will end on December 2nd.
It'll be replaced by a multi-tier system of regional restrictions.
British PM Boris Johnson says the new COVID Winter Plan will allow non-essential shops to open under tier-one.
Group worships, weddings and funerals will also be possible.
Outdoor stadiums can accept up to 4-thousand fans or half their capacity, whichever is lower.
