FC Barcelona extended its lead atop of the standings, leading from start to finish in downing the visiting Crvena Zvezda MTS Belgrade 76-65 on Friday night at Palau Blaugrana. Barcelona registered its seventh consecutive win and improved to a league-best 8-1 record, while Zvezda dropped to 4-6 on the season.
