On Saturday, Chipotle is opening its first "dark" kitchen Saturday.
Business Insider reports the "digital-only" restaurant won't have a dining room: it's for collection and delivery only.
The restaurant will be next to a military academy in Highland Falls, New York.
Chipotle says customers can collect their order from a lobby that has "all of the sounds, smells and kitchen views of a traditional Chipotle restaurant."
Chipotle says the new restaurant concept will allow it to open sites in towns and cities where a full-size restaurant isn't viable.
