Kamala Harris has become the first female, the first woman of Black origin, and the first Indian-American to become Vice President-elect in the US. Harris is no stranger to "firsts". She was California's first African-American Attorney-General in 2010, and later, a Senator in 2016.

Harris in her first address to the nation as Vice President-elect made a powerful speech, and said, "...While I may be the first woman in this office, I will not be the last."

So, who really is the VP elect who has broken the glass ceiling in the US? We speak to those who’ve worked with her on the campaign.

Watch to know more.
