Maharashtra Congress MLA Nitesh Rane, son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane has landed himself in yet another controversy. While inspecting the potholes-ridden Mumbai-Goa highway, Rane and his men dumped buckets of mud on the highway engineer. The engineer was even tied to the bridge over the river.
