Iran Foreign Minister Javad Zarif at the Raisina Dialogue 2020 spoke on Iran’s blunder of accidentally shooting of the Ukrainian International flight. Zarif also said his country was interested in diplomacy to de-escalate tension in the Middle-East, but not in negotiating with the United States.
