Sardar Shahid Dogar is a Zameendaar (landlord) who owns more than 300 acres of land in a village near Kasur, where he grows potatoes. Good quality potatoes are grown there, which are also sold to Pepsi to make the popular crisps, Lays. The seeds of potatoes are sown in October, and reaped in January.
