Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said a mega skill center would be set up in Bihar if his government came to power again. Young people will be trained. This will give them employment opportunities in every field. He was speaking at an election rally at Loknath High School in Jagadishpur in support of JDU candidate Laxmikant Mandal from Nathanagar.
