The Indian Air Force’s first all-women crew flew the medium lift helicopter Mi-17 on Monday from a forward air base in South Western air command. Flt Lt Parul Bhardwaj is from Punjab, Flight Lieutenant Hina Jaiswal is from Chandigarh and Flying officer Aman Nidhi is from Jharkhand. The helicopter was certified by the unit engineering officer, Squadron Leader Richa Adhikari.
