Uttar Pradesh Police has gone old school as its patrolling vehicles will soon be blaring ‘jagte raho’ (stay awake) to alert the public like watchmen used to do. Dial-100 Police Response Vehicle is playing the sound of ‘jagte raho’ as a pilot project in Hazratganj area of state capital.
