Paytm the digital payments app is India’s homegrown product it has now launched Paytm Mini App Store to take on the tech giant Google it’s product Google App Store. According to Shreyas, it took them 8 months to develop this product they started with 400 apps but Paytm has planned to raise its target to 1 million apps in just a year. Every mini-app is a web app. Though Paytm faced a lot of challenges yet they achieved a position in the market. Paytm’s this move just raises one question i.e. can Indian start-ups take on a global giant like Google and can make their own mark? Watch the video to find out.
