By-elections in Madhya Pradesh are to be held on November 3 on 28 seats. Jyotiraditya Scindia who brought BJP to power, have the responciblity of this by-election battle. Jyotiraditya Scindia is holding public meetings from the side of the BJP for the first time, Scindia is reaching barefoot among the public, appealing to the people to vote for BJP candidates.
