Frustrated by no action taken on his Cash for Vote complaint, a PMK candidate resorts to throwing currency notes all over the Election Returning Officer. Apparently, AIADMK and DMK have been distributing cash in lieu of votes and the administration hasn't taken any action even after a formal complaint was lodged.
