Cypriot man paddle boards to raise money for survivors of the Beirut blast

It's more than two months now since the massive explosion that rocked the Lebanese capital - Beirut. At least two-hundred people were killed - and thousands more were injured. One Cypriot man is trying to raise money for those who lost their homes and their livelihoods. And he's doing it in an unusual way - as the BBC's Tim Allman reports.
