Hearing the petition filed in the Supreme Court against the Agricultural Law, the Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government. Notice has been sought in 4 weeks by issuing notice. Explain that the constitutionality of agricultural laws has been challenged in the petition filed. It has been said in the petition that this is a matter of states and Parliament cannot pass any law in this. An answer has been sought from the Center on this.
कृषि कानून के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है। नोटिस जारी कर 4 हफ्ते में जवाब मांगा गया है. बता दें कि दायर याचिका में कृषि कानूनों की संवैधानिकता को चुनौती दी गई है. याचिका में कहा गया है कि यह राज्यों का मामला है और इसमें संसद कोई कानून पास नहीं कर सकती. इसपर केंद्र से जवाब मांगा गया है.
