Hathras: 'Mother was 3 meters away from crime scene'

A new video has surfaced in the Hathras case. UP Police claims that this video is of 14 September which is the day of the crime, when police went on the crime scene for investigation. According to police, 4 sickles were found at the scene by which it is believed that four people were present during the crime. According to police, the victim's mother was just 3 meters away from the crime scene.
