Dry Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup glutinous rice
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking powder

Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup evap
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 cup melted butter

Toppings:
- salted egg
- margarine
- grated cheese
