Renowned Japanese fashion designer Kenzo Takada dies from COVID-19

World-renowned Japanese fashion designer, Kenzo Takada died at a hospital in Paris on Sunday, from complications linked to COVID-19.
He was 81 years old.
The designer was born in Japan in 1939.
He moved to Paris in the mid-1960s, and founded the internationally known Kenzo brand in the 1970s.
He soon established himself as the first Japanese designer to gain prominence on the Paris fashion scene.
He sold his brand to luxury goods company LVMH in 1993, before retiring six years later.
