1. Talk to yourself the way you’d talk to a dear friend or child. ( self-kindness )

2. Know that we’re not alone. We ALL experience challenging times. It is not about you, it is because you are human. ( common humanity )

3. Need to be mindful. notice the emotion and self-talk. label it and move on with living the next moment of your life. ( Mindfulness )
