In a herculean effort by Odisha fire service personnel, a five-year-old child was rescued from a rock crevice in Boudh district on Wednesday.The minor boy, Nilamani Nayak, reportedly got trapped in the gap between two rocks when he was taking bath in the river in Buruguda nullah under Purunakatak Police limits in Boudh district.On being informed by locals, Odisha fire service team rushed to the spot to rescue of the boy. As the water was gushing with full force, it was a challenging task for the fire service personnel to rescue the boy. However, after more than three hours and the fire personnel were successful in rescuing the minor.

ओडिशा के अग्निशमन सेवा कर्मियों की कोशिश से बुधवार को बौध जिले में एक रॉक क्रेविस से पांच साल के बच्चे को बचाया गया। जब वो बौध जिले में पुरुनातक पुलिस की सीमा के तहत बुरगुडा नाले में नदी में स्नान कर रहा था तब बच्चा नीलमणि नायक दो चट्टानों के बीच की खाई में फंस गया था । स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा सूचित किए जाने पर, ओडिशा अग्निशमन सेवा दल लड़के को बचाने के लिए घटनास्थल पर पहुंचा। क्योकि नदी में तेज बहाव था। इसलिए फायर सर्विस के कर्मियों के लिए लड़के को बचाना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण काम था। हालांकि, तीन घंटे से ज्यादा समय की मशक्कत के बाद फायर कर्मी बच्चे को बचाने में सफल रहे।
