The Union Home Ministry has released the guideline of Unlock-4. According to the new guideline, Metro services will start across the country from September 7. On the other hand, the cinema hall and swimming pool will remain closed. The most important thing about the guideline released for Unlock-4 is that now states cannot impose lockdown on their behalf.
