Stranded by virus, Japan couple become Cape Verde envoys

Japanese honeymooners Rikiya and Ayumi Kataoka, stranded in Cape Verde by the coronavirus pandemic, have been named unlikely ambassadors for the tropical paradise's Olympic team at next year's Tokyo Games.
