First time in decades, Pakistan admits Dawood Ibrahim is in Karachi

For the first time in three decades, Pakistan has admitted that Dawood Ibrahim, who perpetrated the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts, is in Pakistan. Pakistan's admission came in a list of 88 banned terror groups disclosed as part of its efforts to wriggle out of tough financial sanctions for helping terrorists.
