Officially sworn in by the Democratic Party, Joe Biden goes on the offensive

"The current president has cloaked America in darkness for much too long," Joe Biden says in a speech accepting the Democratic nomination. "If you entrust me with the presidency, I will draw on the best of us, not the worst," the former Vice President adds, speaking to an online audience from his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.
