Covid-19: 19 new cases, death toll now at 116

Malaysia recorded 19 new Covid-19 cases on Friday (June 5), bringing the total number of infections to 8,266 cases.

There was also one death recorded, the first in 14 days. The death toll is now at 116.

Of the 19 new cases, seven were imported cases, while the others were local transmissions.
