In response to the worrying spike of Covid-19 cases at three Immigration detention centres, Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah gave the assurance that the ministry will find out the source of infection among the detainees at the detention centres.

The ministry recorded more than 200 cases at the detention centres over the past two days.
